Definitely coaching. Seeing the progress of athletes whether it’s a PR lift, getting double-unders, getting their first pull-up, or moving from step ups to jump ups. Watching everyday people reach their goals is PRICELESS and so fulfilling.
Oh, and finally hitting 405 on my DL after forever was pretty sweet too!💪
