Coach led group classes will be a mix of strength and conditioning. You can expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or barbells for both pieces of class. All movements are easily scalable for any level. As a beginner, your focus will be on technique and consistency of movement before intensity.
Schedule:Saturday's workout is always going to be a partner workout. Come with a partner or find one at class. All skill levels are welcome.

The student athlete program will focus on both strength and conditioning for sports/life. The athletes will learn proper movement patterns before adding load or intensity to movement. Expect to see squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling, loaded carries, and plyometrics. This class will help build and maintain muscle in their off season or every day life.
Schedule:This class will work on both strength and conditioning teaching kids basic fundamental movements that will apply outside of the gym. Expect to see running, jumping, squatting, pressing, hinging, loaded carries, gymnastics work.

This class will be an introduction of movement patterns. The kids will learn to properly squat, hinge, jump as well as the basics of gymnastics and most importantly, PLAY!
Boomers Bootcamp is a functional fitness program designed to help adults, age 60 or older, with life vitality, endurance, pain management, posture, flexibility, strength, and balance!
Big North Boomers is a partnership program between the Otsego County Commission on Aging and Big North Barbell.
