If you are ready to make a change and commit to a healthy new lifestyle with a welcoming community, see options below:

One-on-One Personal Training

This will be an introduction to all the foundational movements within the gym. All under the eye of one of our trained coaches.

1/2 hour or full hour options available.

3 days/week membership

You will start in the group class, but have your own personal coach with you for your first three sessions. This helps you understand the flow of class, we can answer any questions and we are able to ensure you are moving with proper body mechanics.

Unlimited Membership

3 days a week just doesn't cut it? We offer an unlimited membership that allows you to come to any of our posted group classes.

Requires prior approval for new members.

Drop In Policy

If you are visiting from out of town and have experience with our group class offerings, please feel free to join in!
